Such a whole some post. Sauerkraut sucks IMO. Anything related to Brussel sprouts is absolutely foul.

@@MissMoonshineDance Sauerkraut is fermented cabbage, Brussel sprouts are really yum they a really good frost to get the best taste, some people add bacon to get more zing to the dish

Fry 5 straps of bacon. Remove. Halve your Brussel sprouts. Cook them in the grease with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder until crispy. Chop bacon and add. I hated them until my wife made them like this. They're delicious. You can do it similarly on a baking dish under the broiler.
