Great review ! Will be using mostly for electronic music and KZfaq, really enjoy the clarity that the AMT provides for dialogue.

No comment love!? I tried these with the Klipsch Fives and was so muddy compared to the Tuks. Sold instantly. That phantom centre is so immersive

I wouldn’t really call anything bowers and Wilkins as warm, even with a warmer amp, they tend to be on the neutral side. Very analytical and detailed. Which is what I like. KEF tends to lean a bit warmer and richer with less detail and brightness I feel. Somewhat a trade off. Looking at the stock frequency response, you should have tried to turn down the treble a few clicks (Kanto raised the Treble quite a lot maybe as their signature). It would have made it a bit more neutral. Maybe the bass down a click too, although placement has a big role on that one.

very interesting, detail, entertaining and full of knowledge video, Sir!!!! If Kanto Tun without Santo Sub, may I know your opinion whether it is good for hearing music from Spotify and also good for watching tv show or Netflix? How about if we hear it without Kanto Sub for hearing music and watching tv show as well as Netflix? Thank you so much for your opinion, Sir

I'm planning on getting the Kanto Tuk, they seem like good speakers and I really like the look of them. I would get an audioengine S8 subwoofer, it has the best frequency response for the price. It's also not huge. I have one, and it goes down to the advertised 23htz.

Nah, when I picked studio monitors with the ifi ZEN Signature i went for the Genelec 8010A in white. For a variety of reasons. 1. They can run balanced (4.4mm to XLR) 2. The choice between the 7040 or 7050 matched subwoofer 3. The treble/tweeter and the soundstage is supreme 4. The settings to adapt it, and the mounting options ...and just the detail and presence in general. I running USB from a passivly cooled PC with APO eq and using room and phase calibration with REW and RePhase, tuned to the Harman-curve. Mostly meetings (not that this level is necessary - but it's surely less fatiguing than headphones) and music (Qobuz FLAC-lossless streaming service), I was the Genelecs or Adam Audio A3X (ugly) and Neumann KH80 DSP (comparable but also ...ugly)
