Gems on gems in that video! Like, he's saying things that sound like common sense but 90% of us producers, we don't do that shit. That "I don't say lets work, I come up with a proposition." was the most eye-opening tip for me. It might not be money, but bring some value to the person you're connecting. 😈 Looking forward to more videos like this!

The problem is once you get the placement, how do you know if the artist is really going to release it or not? How do you typically navigate that?

Most of the time u just gotta wait, you’ll know nothing until you actually get the contract agreement n stuff which means that it’ll basically release soon…

He good at what he do, but for me all these Lil Baby, Future, Polo G, Gunna etc etc producers sound exactly the same and it's kinda funny when someone thinks that they "sound different" (I'm not hating tho, at least they made it in the game lol). It would be nice if Kxvi could invite someone else, someone who doesn't make all these generic trap type beats. That would really make me (and I think many others) interested in video and learn something from that person.
