Kapalbati is a very powerful pranayama with many benefits. Although people with high BP should be doing this pranayama very carefully. Doing Kapalbati the wrong way can do harm to your body. It can increase body heat which follows by even more increase in blood pressure.
In this video I will show you how people with high BP can safely do Kapalbati and reap the benefits from this amazing pranayama.
Benefits: It clears out the toxins from the body. It makes a person's face glow with health and aura. It ignites digestive fire. It improves our attention and memory. It also speeds up our metabolism. It increases stamina. It tones our abdominal muscles. It improves digestion and clears out nasal passage.

Pranayama is very effective to reduce high blood pressure, specially anulom vyom and ujjayi pranayama, but along with that you will also have to work on other aspects of life. Healthy diet, walk after dinner, reduce stress, daily workout etc.

Yes, but do it just like I mentioned in the video and follow up with anulom vilom. Do anulom vilom for double the time that you did kapalbati.

To start with a cooling breath, as left nostril activates chandra nadi which cools and calms us down.
High blood pressure patients should never do these Pranayamas....
