I found a mint 1991 kx Kawasaki 80 with all original plastics tires everything, I could not believe I found such a clean bike, I asked the guy how much he wanted for it, he said I just need it out of the way, he then said, give me 100 bucks for it, I couldn’t pull out the money fast enough! That is a beautiful bike, Honda them years was a force to be reckoned with

Nice! Remember watching RJ at Unidillia come up out of the wall section like a Rocket Launch i don't think even today they are riding much faster on the 450's. With the right rider this bike is epic!

Couple ones my 94cr125 mc replica had to have was the 100% underneath front fender at rear and pro Honda colors light on the nose. Honda camel supercross on shrouds bought from chaparral in 94…many yrs that bike got traded and rebuild by Honda and was strong 13 or 14yrs old..when the 97 came out buddy got 250 and we were amazed…ol aluminum frames to rigid and shaky after yrs of ridin but best power plant in the business..I’d kill to have one this nice

I loved Mine CR-250 89 I had my 88 Cr 500

I had a 1989 cr250 completly rebuilt top to bottom and i bought a brand new 2001 cr250 and put another 3 thousand in it works bike or as close as i could get to a works bike and that 1989 cr250 hit way harder in my opinion you could not compare i love the older cr's to me you sit down in the bike and that 2001 you sat on the bike first big double i hit i over shot and broke the aluninum frame right where the link is for rear shock honda said they never sceen one do that i was going to buy a 2001 500r but that aluminun frame had me i wish i would have

My bother (RIP) had one just like that he raced. He was bigger than me so I stayed on Red 125 and he took to the 250. Not that I didn't race it too, but I never took it to its potential. Great bike for sure and a lot of fun to ride.

I spent Covid building the same bike. I would love to know what the jetting is. I put a JD kit in and had Eric Gorr port a brand new aluminium cylinder. Runs like crap.

Looks like you put a 120/90-18 on the rear. Some specs say it was 100/100-18, and most say 110/100-18. What made you go with a 120/90-18?
