You're not alone...I'm a Registered Nurse and suffered depression and anxiety for a decade...was on antidepressants but I was able to overcome and have stopped taking antidepressants with the help of the Almighty God...I did fervent prayers....I still have episodes but I can handle now...only God helps. I hope you overcome too...

There are those bashers and people who doesn't know better in their lives who put others like her into so much distress, constantly criticizing everything. I don't quite get what could they gain from this that they keep on doing and doing it again, superiority complex maybe? And yet, all of these things she face, she stood strong, and she proved the world better. Also, I hope that the people who have been aided by Heart or who is asking for her help during this pandemic, please don't demand so much and be very thankful, because from what I can see, some are getting to the point of abusing her help, SHE IS NOT A BANK GUYS! Heart is such a sweetheart 💕💕💕She’s a living Angel 💓💓💓

I went through that and I understand and feel her pain. I went to a couple of doctors but with medication, I got worse. I am like Heart... highly creative, very energetic, always good at what we do....Kaya nga I succeeded in my business and have created 8 very good health and beauty products... including a hairgrower that's 100% Plant - based but very effective. Art and crafts are our outlet. I can paint also, design furniture, create arts and decos from junk, create wonderful skin care products, soaps, candles, lotions, etc.. all these things keep us busy, but our minds run at 100 mph...very busy! We seem to be organized from the outside, but inside there's a turmoil. The biggest enemy is the depression coupled with anxiety which is what I had. The feeling of loneliness/sadness is pretty overwhelming!! I battled that problem for 3 straight years until I realized that it was all in my head... that I can change the way I think and that there is a better escape... it's not medications!! Mind-altering mdications, in my experience have made my anxiety and depression worse!! I took a step back to think because despite having my husband and two happy children, I still felt sad and alone... something was definitely wrong!! It was not them and nothing was missing in my life but being depressed can come from several things... it can be caused by chemical embalance, hormone embalance, your past creeping in... but whatever it is, it can be cured and the doctors can only help you temporarily. The effort to get well must come from you. It was a struggle at first, but everytime I felt the anxiety or depression coming in, I walked. I started walking early in the morning and before I went to sleep. I started juicing, eating greens, healthy, wholesome food, watched funny videos, talked to people and laughed alot!! Little by little I felt the symptoms going away. I haven't had any more attacks since 2012 and I live life to the fullest. I wish Heart the best of health and hope she can come out of it like I did because it surely is not a good... nevermind healthy place to be in... it can be so dark in there and I did spend many tears in my dark corner and there were times, I slept in my walk-in closet in the US just to be in the dark, quiet and alone. Being alone is not the answer!! May God bless you, Heart Evangelista.

Ang dating workaholic, ngayon ay tamad na at wala nang gana sa lahat. Di ko rin alam saan nanggagaling yung kaba ko. Pero wag mawalan ng pag asa. Bubuti din ang lagay natin..i manage lang natin sarili natin.
