WHY can I no longer easily manipulate text boxes on kapwing? Before recently the text boxes could be easily manipulated to fit the specific need. Now they are locked and limited in the way they can be changed, stretched, etc.

It keep saying this Your content is still uploading. Please try again in a few seconds. Cannot export until all layers have uploaded. In the meantime, you can continue editing content before publishing. The following layers are still uploading:

Update: Kapwing has only one customer service Katherine and she set up her account as not in office when I asked for refund. The auto reply when I sent to their support desk comes back addressed to me. This means they only have one person there and suspiciously only one customer too. Their hello at Kapwing email has no response at all. They disappear after scamming my money and I cannot use the product. They also closed their KZfaq and other channels to leave negative feedback (truth) because they just want to avoid returning money.

Too fast for me to grasp. Should be an intermediate video, not beginner, especially for a person with no working knowledge of kapwing.
