انتباہ: یہ رپورٹ کچھ ناظرین کے لیے پریشان کن ہو سکتی ہے
یہ کہانی سائبر کرائم کے ایک ایسے مقدمے کی ہے جس میں کراچی یونیورسٹی کے ایک پروفیسر نے ایک خاتون پروفیسر کی تصاویر کو نازیبار تصاویر کے ساتھ کراپ کیا اور انھیں ایک جعلی فیس بک پیچ کے ذریعے یونیورسٹی کے آفیشل صفحے پر شیئر کیا۔
عدالت نے یونیورسٹی کے پروفیسر فرحان کامرانی کو تو سزا سنا دی مگر خاتون پروفیسر کو انصاف کے لیے پانچ سال انتظار کرنا پڑا۔ اس دوران ان پر کیا بیتی؟ آئیے سنتے ہیں ہماری ساتھی حمیرا کنول کی زبانی جنھوں نے ان سے خاتون پروفیسر کا تفصیلی انٹرویو کیا۔

@@MuhammadNadeem-fw2dl Someone created a fake profile, added my contacts, colleagues, relatives, teachers. Then sent all sorts of vulgar messages pretending to be me for quite sometime. I was completely unaware until people started calling and asking me for explanations. They refused to believe that it wasn’t me. My character was under examination and scrutiny for all. For the first time I realised why women commit suicide. In Pakistan, we are taught from our childhood that the most important thing for girls is to have a spotless character but it was so easy for someone to completely tarnish it. It was an extremely difficult period. I am grateful for my family and friends who stood by me and told me not to pay any attention to it. We kept on reporting the account but it took almost a year for facebook to close the account off.

(meri FB id pr log aj tk nh samj sky me PTI ya PMLN kis ka supporter ho...) 7. never allow to sync your contact with social sites. 8. socail sites use krna majbori ha ...isko zrort mat bany. isko srf majbori ki had tk use krain.... r kbi b sucide ka mat sochna... me r meri wife alwasys with you for your support.

The whole sublimal moral of the story is look how much a woman has to go through in the Society. It also shows how a patriarchal society is where a man can do anything and get away with anything. While a woman who is at no fault must deal with all the filth, which she never asked in the first place. So simply by telling shame on that male professor is not enough. Because this case shows on how many levels is the system failing to provide what a woman really deserves.

I can feel the pain, most of professors blackmail females doing PHD under them, its a heinous mafia exploit females with their power of positions, KU and Urdu Uni hv many harassment cases and complaints even up to VC level person but they are so powerful and so much backup from male staff that complainers gets no justice from Wafaqi Muhtasib and courts, shameful characters as Ustaad and leading society members.

Does anyone remember Afzal Mehmood (Lecturer) who suicided because of a false complaint by a female student? Anyone can do sexual harassment in Pakistani universities i.e., male/female teachers or male/female students. More serious policies need to be implemented.

جب تم پریشان ہو اور نا اُمید محسوس کرو تو...."سورة الضحٰی" پڑھا کرو.... کیونکہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ والٰہ وسلم پر چھ ماہ تک کوئی وحی نازل نہ ہوئی،نہ جبرائیل علیہ السلام آئے،نہ اُن کو خواب میں الہام ہوا تو وہ پریشان ہوگئے تھے.... وہ پریشان رہنے لگے تو اللہ پاک نے "سورة الضحٰی" وحی فرمائی... جس کی تفیسر یہ آتی ہے کہ.... اگر تم پریشان ہو تو رات کو جلدی سو اور جلدی اُٹھو اور خُوبصورت صُبح کو دیکھو..تاکہ تمہیں پتا چلے کہ صرف اندھیری رات نہیں ہے بلکہ..اِس کے بعد روشن صُبح ہے..پھر فرمایا..!اے محمد صلی اللہ علیہ واٰلہ وسلم تمہارا رب نہ تو تم سے ناراض ہے اور نہ ہی وہ تمہیں بھول گیا ہے.. اِس سے بہتر بھی کوئی تسلّی ہوگی؟ تو بس جب تم ڈپریس ہو تو سورة الضحٰی پڑھ لیا کرو...❤

آپ کی فیملی کو داد دیتا ہوں۔جامعہ کو بھی کہ آپ کو وقت دیا نوکری سے فارغ نہیں کیا۔پھر عدلیہ کو کہ ہماری عدالتوں سے انصاف مل سکتا ہے مگر خواری شرط ہے۔ جو لوگ ناجائز کسی عورت کے ساتھ ایسا کریں ان کو کبھی معاف نا کیا جائے۔ریاست بھی انکو ناں چھوڑے اگر متاثرہ بندہ معاف کردے تاکہ ایسے لوگ دوسروں کے لیے نشان عبرت بن جائیں۔
