You know the whole expectation that he should call talented outsiders on his show is wrong itself - as if he is the ultimate authority in the industry! So if they get invited by him it's some sort of validation from the highest authority. Well he is not! It's a stupid show. He owns one of the biggest production houses in the country because he got it from his dad. Yes he is a descent director but he is a nepo product. And this whole show is just an extension of PR that he does for his clan. We shouldn't take it seriously. Doesn't matter how you feel about him, it doesn't make a slightest difference in his life. He keeps making money off it.
