Enjoy my first Karate event!!
You could not imagine how helpful karate has been in my life. How it's helped with my regulation and pushed me past my limits. I'm choosing to and im going for it. I also get to do it with my son.
We have a great sensei who works to teach everyone how they learn. As of my personal knowledge I think more than half or our class is on the spectrum or neurodiverse.
They are gaining skills in coordination, self control ect. I've discussed this in a previous video on different things that have helped me as an autistic and one that has gone through too many traumas to count.
I'm not good at putting my channel out there or pushing people to follow.
I only hope that the tips I have help as many people as I can reach without overwhelming my brain.
I know it's a hard journey alone.
