Peril doesn't count as an active or a passive. I've had block actives and block passives on him and he's still done it. But if you block passives before Peril is unlocked, then he doesn't get to use it because it never gets unlocked.

Doesnt this also nerf his dmg because he cant use dmg masteries? If so, he needs a buff to remove that.

I hate to say it but Ramantu has been my only solution against good Taras teams. Even then, using Ranantu is a huge liability thanks to Polymorph.

Just another way to dress up the reality of stale meta. Either you have one of 5 champs or 2 of 10 even better. Otherwise don't think about above 50% win rate.

From that damage test it doesn't seem like his passive affects Harima's passive. Which makes sense as Harima's passive doesn't directly affect dmg, it lowers the amount of defense ignored. Kinda hard to tell though without many examples and dmg charting.

Bro why you giving away my secret! The unresistable lock out (although buggy) plus the reset with the nuke is very good against high res teams. Sadly for live arena yumeko normally gets banned out.
