Something slightly different from normal: A product review..ish.
I picked up this Karcher OC3 over Christmas to help keep the bikes clean. My garage has no outdoor water source and no power so cleaning a bike for me involved lugging buckets of water down from the flat or taking a bike in to work and wiping it down in my lunch break. Neither was very motivating for my bikes often sat dirty.
Never again! I love this little Karcher OC3. I’ve used it every day this week when I’ve got home to clean down the bikes. Fill up the tank, spray on some Muc-Off cleaner and blast all the dirt off. Easy peasy. Unfortunately the 4 litre tank doesn’t quite clean down a bike properly so I always take an extra bottle with me to get the job done (normally a 4 pint milk bottle). The charge seems to last a good amount of time too. It’s small and compact so it’s easily stored away and transported in the car. I think it’s going to make life much easier!
It isn’t a cheap bit of kit though. One will set you back around £130 and each accessory pack that you can buy costs around another £30 each. They’re not necessary in my opinion but you might fancy one.
