Absolutely! Karen said she used to study Twinkie , and that she actually wanted to BE Twinkie! She wanted her to teach her everything she knew about how she does those growls and everything. Karen said that Twinkie led such an exemplary life in front of her. She has so much admiration for her big sister. She says it all the time. 🤗😍 I think that is so special! 🙏🏽👏🏽✊🏽❤

Dorinda is strong but Twinkie and Karen have the highest ranges and belts in their upper register. Twinkie having the lowest range as well. Dorinda tends to go to falsetto in her soprano range. I love them all I love Dorinda's acrobatics in the alto/low soprano range. I love alto and tenor range as well. They all work together to make the Clark Sister's sound.

I've watched this 1000 times and I I don't hear the hoarseness everybody else hear but I do t even care I think it is one of the best vocal performances I have ever seen in my life. The whole Performance from Twinkie playing the piano to their harmonies they are 2 of the best singers of all time. This is just everything. I feel like everyone who wants to sing should wAtch it lol

anthill927 She wasn't hoarse at all. She was singing smart not to get hoarse. She rationed her top squalls. They probably had to get wherever the other three wwew. to sing again. On a lot of versions of "Hallelujah" from this era she would use her top range very sparingly.

Absolutely! She definitely had a cold or was just hoarse. Karen's voice was more like in between Denise's & Dorinda's on this performance. Whatever was going on, she compensated well & didn't miss a note, as usual. KCS is no joke and never has been. 💯💚🔥 This was fye!

Twinkie is the nucleus of The Clark Sisters group, and her musical skills are on a Level Plain in it's own Category. You know people always brag about how Madonna & Cher keeps changing their look over their career. BUT when you look at these videos on youtube, nobody has changed their look more times than KCS. KCS, has looked like 12 different people over her lifetime thus far!! It's amazing 2 just see how this woman has looked extremely different when she was Big, when she was medium big, and now today. karen has been 10 different colors, 11 different sizes, 58 hairstyles, braces on/off, just ab. fabulous!
