You don't understand the point of the audit...

@mike luttrell General complaint forms will often be about maintenance, trip hazzards, electric door for disabled people not working etc... Complaints and comments box with pieces of paper so you can give a general review of your experience... Employee complaint forms are to complain about an employee. But you seem to have it in your head that "employee complaint" forms means complaint forms for employees to use. Until there is a law that every person has a computer and internet access it is impossible to refuse a person service in person. To have a "policy" to do it online would lead to massive lawsuits for excluding the most vulnerable, like disabled people, elderly and the poor... So why do people go on about doing things online when there is no need to do it online?

If anyone was bothering anyone it would be the city employee that attempted to assault him and the city employee that refused to help a citizen. Simple facts, you can plainly see thanks to the fact that he happened to have a camera for his protection by documenting his experience at this interaction. She should be locked up and fired, with that attitude she has no business interacting with the public she will at some point get the county sued. It would fall in line with them blocking paper forms as well. I found a bad one here. It was extra obvious to me because I went to 4 other cities and 20 or so locations which were all passes. This was my last stop before returning home. I have only been doing this for a short period and you really do get a feel for these places. From what I've "heard" there is federal case law out there concerning the exact words on these types of sign. The sign at the end of the video is very disturbing to me. I'm not fond of that sign at all. It's sitting a couple feet off the ground and can be easily obscured by a parked vehicle. The sign should be 6 feet in the air and at the entrances to this property.
