I have to say, Karen, your assembly instructions are very thorough. I have wanted your cake pop up die for so long and very happy I did not purchase it when it first came out. This new version is soooo nice. I love the shape and the ease of assembly. I will be adding this to my pop up collection. Thanks so much; you are so very talented.

i Just recieved my die set in the mail yesterday and I just put together my first cake pop up card and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results!!! I'm sure whoever I give it to will love it! I put it together effortlessly following your video instructions! Thanks so much for creating such an awesome die set! I have my eye on the pop up house with cute gate as well as the christmas tree!

Yes! I've been stalking you waiting for the assembly video! Just finished watching. Looks easy and love all the extra tips. So glad to know that I can do just two tiers IF what I have planned for the top layer is too wide. I've been waiting for the re-release of this die for years now! :) Well worth the wait. I'm fairly close to the front of the line on the pre-order for the cake, the trims, Happily ever after and the Royalty words, so I hope it is out the door and on the way to me in two days!

Having a blast with this die set. Just one quick question. Do you glue the semi-circles on the top tier together before adding the numbers or candles?

you could totally do that. I like to sandwich them in between 2 candle die cuts. have fun!

What weight cardstock do you recommend for the cake die? Tia

Medium weight works great - around 80 lb. is my favorite.

Susie, will you e-mail info@karenburniston.com and let Tanya know what problems you're having with the website? I just tested it and it's working for me. You click the black "add to shopping bag" button on the product you want. Could it be a pop-up blocker on your browser?
