THIS will be spicy! IMO, Proctor has no reason to be that indignant about being called out by Yanetti. Not after we've listened to all the texts. No previous sanctions does not mean that this is new behaviour. Also, will add timestamps later. 00:00:00 Intro 00:04:50 Today will be allll about Trooper Proctor. (also, demonetization) 01:05:40 The definition of integrity 01:21:30 Nope, Proctor does not know the McCabes, and does not have a relationship with the Alberts! WTF! 02:01:30 Not asking for a gift … or at least not for himself🙄 02:26:20 Motive, means and opportunity 02:40:20 The autopsy report - and more texts 03:04:00 Canton PD and Kevin Albert (whom Trooper Proctor did absolutely not know!) Also, more opinions from me: People with Crohns or other IBS-diseases will react HARD. As a woman with heavy periods, I have bled through my clothes, and I am not unique, so the effect on at least some of the 10 women on the jury? Whoee! Listening to Proctor making fun of such humiliating experiences? Makes me furious. Female jurors may not realise WHY they have a visceral reaction, but they probably will have one. I was hit by a car going about 25 miles an hour (I think, I’m not 100% sure how fast. It was 10 years ago) and I can tell you, I was a walking bruise from head to toe for about 3 weeks. Even a small bump to the body like they are claiming, would be a massive bruise. I actually was lucky because the women hit the back tire of bike I was on first. So some of the force was actually absorbed by the bike before it went to me. So one could argue I was hit with even less force than 25MPH and I was still a walking mood changing ring for basically a whole month. I literally did a full 360 degree flip in the air and somehow landed on my feet. The woman in front of the driver who hit me stopped and the first thing she said to me when she ran up was, “oh my god I thought you were dead. You got clobbered” the cop who showed up on scene was flabbergasted I didn’t have any broken bones.

I kind of had the opposite experience. It took awhile for me to fully appreciate Yannetti (but I still think Jackson comes out on top). I also think Jackson’s approach was better towards the beginning of the trial when he more often conducted (or at least, began) his cross examination with a more (seemingly) laid back and warm demeanor. When Jackson adopts this approach, he’s at his deadliest, imo. He doesn’t even react to the jabs or pedantry from a witness, which makes the witness appear petty and a little desperate. And most significantly, with this approach, the witness never even sees it coming-even if they’re looking for it. Sometimes, the witness can’t even tell that it happened. Jackson is so smooth with it. He’s being affable and even charming while flawlessly executing his moves. It’s masterful. I prefer that approach to his now more common approach-which is to start his cross examination with his intensity already dialed up.

It’s akin to, he can’t have his cake and eat it because his job doesn’t work like that. It’s not only mean and nasty, but illogical, irrational and dangerous. Also, sarcasm is different to ‘gallows humour’ which rescue service people use, to relieve their trauma response, when dealing with, really bad, full on fatalities. Just saying - well done to Karen for fighting for her right to be classed as a human being - you go sister.

yeah, I found all the plastic and white over 18 days after it had been all blown away first of all with the air blowers nothing was showing then they come back days later with rakes and shovels said they got everything and then your detective comes up three different times after those other teams of detectives watch shoulder to shoulder with shovels and rakes, digging all the way down to the groundto find more pieces of plastic. Who are they trying to throw under the bus the entire team that went before them or him for lying and planting pieces that he obtained through that he deleted from the ring camera

QUESTION: How in the hell do you have a vehicular homicide where all the damage is to the head, especially when both the victim and the accused were said to be drunk? I'm calling bullshit on that.

As a pedestrian in a low-speed collision, I had bruising, a dislocated hip, and my knee was jacked up too. I'd be VERY interested in the ME's report. Also worth noting that the cops told me there was no point in filing a report since it wasn't on camera and I didn't get the plate.

The admission by Proctor that the video was inverted after he got his hands on it is INSANE to me. That was kinda glossed over but that means that it was specifically tampered with before being brought to trial. DISGUSTING malfeasance.
@ericapickering8101
@ericapickering8101 Ай бұрын
I thought that initially. But then he talks about the timestamps being backwards, and it being yellow. That was the defense’s flipped version that they brought into court. Which means that he is reviewing evidence & coverage while he is still on the stand. That’s a huge no no.

By the way, rumor has it that people beaten up by Brian Albert always have a certain look. "That's what I initially thought, but then I saw the guy" means he recognized Brian Albert's calling card. Albert is a trained MMA fighter, and people in the town are terrified of him. He knows what really happened.

It sounds as though you live in the town, and have personal knowledge of the people. If so, this is a very important fact, and it's unfortunate the jury can't know it.

53:22 I'm genuinely surprised Runkle thinks this of juries. If I was a juror the last thing I'd want after a court day is to see anything more about the case. And according to other lawyers in lawtube they have said jurors usually take their oath seriously and can be tattletails and will tell court if another juror has done something. Accidentally seeing it? Maybe. But my parents nor siblings saw anything substantial about depp v heard, most of them knew the case existed but that was it. I don't think people realize how off-line other people can be. Maybe I'm optimistic but I believe juries follow their oath and just ignore whatever headline might pop up now and then.

it’s also noted that not only did they delete the time when she arrived home. I bet they also deleted when they went in there and picked up the pieces of her tail light so they could disperse them little by little you know so he has a few times to show what a good detective he is finding them in the snow, after other peoples already went through it with leaf blowers and rakes

42:23 "discovered tail light pieces at the scene" - remind me again cos I'm lost in the chronology of the tail light pieces... did they find any ON the night? I didn't think they did? 2:32:50 "Most people wouldn't have that equipment ..." Well to be fair they were apparently screenshots from his own phone. The only equipment you actually need for that type of "extraction" is the phone itself, a stock standard computer, with free or commercially available software, and a printer... (This to me made that part of Higgins' story of having to be shown how to do this at an FBI facility and actually using federal govt resources to do so that much more bizarre to me) Exactly how Higgins made the extraction, theoretically wouldn't have been obviously questionable on that basis at that time.

Funny enough, I have a friend who used to go to strip clubs and not look at the dancers. When he was in college he discovered that a nearby strip club had a really cheap steak available at odd times. Something like 2-4pm Mon-Thurs. So he'd go in and get a table and a cheap steak. The dancers were all irritated that he largely ignored them. Which I entirely believe.
