I'm not counting them, but yes, she is blatantly biased in favor of the prosecution, and honestly, it probably is retribution for the defense, asking or suggesting she should recuse herself over conflict of interest. Which makes any guilty ruling a moot point and easily overturned and makes this trial a waste of taxpayers' money unless Karen is found not guilty.

I'm back tracking with all these trials but even in the trials recently the newer trial days she does she rules more for prosecution than she does defense but that's because she's just as corrupt as any of them

Because she was asked about the timing of arriving leaving the waterfall and other things on night of O’Keefes Murd**-immediately in the days, weeks months after…in interviews, hearings etc. But the 67 calls? Trying to remember the exact discussion/reason she talked to her sisters best friend (& one of her good friends) 2 + years ago, for the defense now…is not something anyone would easily -if at all-remember. She does say that she likely spoke to Courtney P about KR’s arrest & arraignment since it happened that day - but she can’t testify to it 💯 %. I sure get that. I think the jury does too. Only reason this seems suspicious to KR folks is because you’ve already decided the outcome & everybody is a liar except Karen. Thankfully jurors don’t have that obligation and can wait for the full evidence. As I am.

Attorney Little asked questions that were framed in such a way as to be “facts not in evidence” as well as asking Nicole Albert questions that were improper for this witness. Nicole is a lay person and asking her about what a celebrite extraction of her phone allegedly shows was Little herself testifying. Those questions require an expert familiar with cell phone extraction software. And so far we’ve seen the defense make claims about this before any expert took the stand. That is so out of bounds & quite frankly other judges would have embarrassed little for that nonsense

If they weren't trying to frame her, and truly didn't know, why didn't this officer come out and assist? Even to offer aid for the other officers in case they have questions. So he can be as helpful as possible and give all the information he has, to potentially help solve a homicide.

The defence does not have to give a defence. It’s the state’s job to provide motive. You would have to believe this malarkey to find her free of guilt. If any thing we have vehicular homicide, not murder. She didn’t know she hit him but, when she found the body she deduced that she hit him, it’s an accident. If this weren’t a cop, if these two weren’t good looking, if these two were not well off, this would not be a case.

It's just a strategy. But there are a 1,000 details that show it is a coverup involving the people in the house. Those other details are what can't be ignored.

Not that the dog did all the damage, more so the dog witnessed the fight/ altercation and came to its owners assistance, which would most likely cause further escalation. If you've ever used a punching bag around a protective dog you can see this is a plausible theory. It's also possible the dog was not good with strangers, which is not uncommon with the breed . Chloe could have bit John's arm unprovoked. Causing drunk John to act irate towards the Alberts escalating to an alcohol induced fight.
