They both testified that Colin got home a few minutes after Chris, but the defense has texts from Colin at 12:31AM asking for a ride home. They also have a text from Julie on the day that Karen was arraigned that says tell your brother thanks for what he did for our family. It’ll come out tomorrow, as Auntie Bev stopped today right in the middle of cross examination

Chris testified that he went to bed around 12:35am and got woken up later from Colin after he went to sleep.

Chris Albert remembered everything the prosecution asked, but very little of what happened when the defense was asking questions.

the judge stepped in to protect the Alberts when the defense was on a roll and proving the cover up. This is truly sad and pathetic.. I will be writing to the FBI and Gov Healey's office to ask them to independently investigate the corruption

I have 23 people in the Albert's house, or yard, including Lucky the Plough Driver and Chloe the Dog, 'prior' to approx 6: 10 am when Police Arrived. Phone Data doesn't lie. *hos long to die in cold: Jennifer McCabe 2 27 am.
