They won't, though; SovCittery fills a deep, deep psychological need they have, a hole in their souls, a craving to be special and Above It All, a need to be powerful, that they resort to all of their magical thinking. Only if and when their world gets reduced to utter ashes, is there even a hope of waking them up; even then, they're not awakened half of the time. A reasonable person would look down at his wrists, see those cuffs and feel the steel on their skin, and say, "Oh, sh*t: I've taken a wrong turn somewhere. I'd better re-think my notions." But SovCits don't react and think that, because of the emotional void that SovCittery tries to fill. So they go from reason, to a kind of magical thinking; that if I just say the right abracadabra and hocus-pocus verbiage, the correct magic spell, then they have to let me go. That idea makes the SovCit feel powerful. Their need to feel powerful is more important than reason and a firm grip on reality, including when reality is metaphorically slapping them in the face, and literally chafing their wrists, in the shape of handcuffs.
@fakename8856
@fakename8856 5 ай бұрын
@@ascaulesavunculo5589 SovCits are an extreme form of a mental illness called “covert venerable narcissists”. These narcissists are a much more hidden and manipulative form than a “grandiose narcissist”. A Covert Vulnerable Narcissist always needs to identify as “the victim” so they use this made up fake nonsense se to have people feel sorry for them. Most people don’t actually understand how radio frequency works (I do, I do that for a living) so it’s easy for these con artist narcissists to convince laypeople that radio waves are radioactive and they absolutely refuse to learn the difference between ionizing and NON-ionizing means, the NON (meaning not ionizing for any EMS narcissists reading this)-ionizing means it’s not ionizing which means not harmful. These EMS clowns just need to wear their tin foil hats everywhere they go to help the rest of us.

@@robertkeeney3898I constantly wonder about this too. I think it depends on the particular flavor of SovCit. Some seem to be coming from a place of narcissism, entitlement and opposition. They’re basically defiant toddlers. I don’t think those SovCits truly believe the garbage they say. They’re just using it as a tool for their tantrum. Then there are those who appear to truly believe what they’re saying and I think those come in two flavors. Some are really, really stupid and somehow the nonsense makes sense to them. And the last group believe it like a religion. They’re full of paranoia and delusion and seem to have schizoid features. So I think it’s difficult to assess these people as a monolithic group

I have to wonder if it is having more time to be on the Internet, so they get caught up in this warped thinking. I was going to show you this, Mike, but you were on it right away, lol. This is why you need a lawyer. She admitted to the charges right there 😂. She asks for more time so she can figure out how to fight it. Little did she know that she'd get that extra time, but she'd be doing all of that work on her own behind bars. She could have had her hearing in 6 days, but she screwed around and found out. I know her. She is a local nutcase. She's one of those super far right conspiracy theorists who think that the government is killing off all of the babies or some stupid stuff like that. She is absolutely out of her mind. She hasn't been a teacher for years. She was probably fired right away once they found out she was teaching her own nonsense instead of abiding by the curriculum.

So does this mean that "Beth" coached the earlier SovCit, Flores, who went away in cuffs? Is "Beth" the "Mother of SovCits" and Flores was starring as the "Son of SovCit?" .. sort of like a Godzilla movie? Judge Gauthier seems to have figured out how to cut through the distractions and diversions and keep the justice system moving along. Fairly impressive actually.

As soon as some says they're appearing under "special appearance", instant contempt should be issued. It's an immediate and obvious sovcit distraction tactic and should no longer be tolerated in court.

The fact that this woman is in full restraint during a simple contempt hearing says a LOT about her behavior. There are people that are charged with murder that are able to come to court unrestrained... SOOO looking forward to Jan 25..Hopefully your calendar is marked, Mike..😀

That is surprising. Here, court and jail staff decide how restrained a prisoner. To be that tied up, she must have been horrid in custody failing to follow any rules and probably actually being violent to jail staff. Just my guess.

@WavemasterAshi
@WavemasterAshi 5 ай бұрын
It IS a legitimate thing, but (as usual) they don't understand it. The idea is that if you actually DO believe personal jurisdiction is lacking, you can appear in court to contest it. Normally, the mere act of appearing would itself establish that jurisdiction is valid. But, of course, they have beyond twisted ideas of what jurisdiction means (see, e.g., Admiralty/Maritime or "I never contracted with the state.")
