She seem to have split personality disorder. A person who have personality disorder usually experienced extreme traumatic events in early childhood development. The experienced is so traumatic that the mind split personality into two or more. When one personality is presence all other personality is absence. One of her personality seem to be little girl and one point in the video she said" i want to go back to grandpa".
