Look at what Lime Rock has to deal with. People that somewhat recently moved in NEXT TO A RACE TRACK that was established in I believe the 50s complain about the noise. They almost got LRP shut down a few years ago. Smh.

@@himynameisbrianw they should be all right as long as the shop is not open to General Public, like walk-ins and whatnot. But then you've got to deal with the neighbors forming some type of stupid committee going to the town hall to file complaints. Then it just becomes a pain in the ass. They're home all day with nothing better to do but be annoyed LOL. I mean who wouldn't want to live next door to something like this, sit on the porch, crack a beer and enjoy. Maybe have a couple of friends over with some judging signs to holdup🤷‍♂️

@@Mr.M1STER commercial zoning lets you make all the noise necessary to run your business. Tommy is in the clear unless that town has bull rules.

@@BrodeyDoverosx There are also multiple variations on commercial zoning, not all of them permit excessive noise above the county or city limits. Unfortunately its likely that the county/city could find a way to cause trouble for him, hard to get away with things even when you own the property. I once got a parking ticket on my own property due to fire zone regulations, its BS but the law always finds a way on top

@@LapLandSystem sadly i doubt wed see a 400r do that unless its a really really cheap high mileage one. considering one just sold for 1.7 mill and its a basic silver car, the other colors like the active reds, the dark blues, that championship blue car, its almost certain those cars are going to be in the same ball park. i wanted a 400r but if they are gonna sell for 1 mill and more id rather just find a tommy kaira R

Tommy handled her pretty well tbh. She was saying things like "Just don't do it" and "Just keep it down" like she was trying to stamp her imaginary authority on the situation. I think Tommy was respectful because other guys might just laugh and tell her to fuck off. Tommy is at that age where he is wise enough to know not to annoy the neighbours....too much. In fairness, I can understand that a lot of that noise everyday would be annoying but from what we can see in the videos they genuinely only do it sometimes and not every day. I would also think that during reasonable hours of the day there is nothing wrong with it. I could understand if Roddy was blowing donuts at 1 or 2 am but that doesn't happen.

neightbouyrs will be the same.... i fdo quad in my garden like 2 time a week for 10-20min maybe but there is a time to make legal noice between 10-12 and 14-18h so i kinda do that (not always but atleast to be save) nahh my new neigbours gotta complain. i live herr 15 years but no they gotta complain about noise and petrol smell.. she said we came her for silence and if you wanna make noise you shouldnt have lived where there are neighbour (got damn i stayed queite but my brain was bitch u live her 1 year me 15 dont tell me you dont like the noise its the campagne, you come from the city dont complain) but i sad sure yeah yeah okay cool. for real and ever since we heard nothing from them.. (they also complained once about my bluetooth speaker that i had in my ched while iwas fixing quad around 14h30 yeah we hear boom boom i said its a bluetooth speaker hanging in the air WTF its at half volume what u complaining about. next home my parents want az house were there are no neightbours and all the field around are us so nobody can build there... cause this is pissing us off... im notdoing quads 24/7 my sisster were scared to go on the quad cause she said only after 16h nbitch we are allowed to make noise after 14, and 10-20min of quad wont break your day... so i told my sister to just go on there quad fuk them we were nice they kept complaining so fuk them

We have similar things here in the UK. Some people move in from City's, Towns to a more quiet villages, but then they start complaining about the neighbour's chicken or the smell. Also, there are a lot of old airfields around where petrolheads are trying to organise car or motorcycle events, but lately housing developments started taking over building which resulted in people who move in complaining about the smoke and the noise.

It's a little scary seeing him drift a 270R, with only 30 built it's an incredibly rare vehicle. Though he does look like he's really in control. On a side note, Sammit would you be able to tour the yard and show off some of the cars they have? I'm seeing a lot cool S-Chassis, Skylines, and a Z in the background.
