Wow !!! it's hard to believe that it's been 5 years already, but this song never gets old! I can still remember when it went viral and all the clubs in Cebu couldn't resist playing it. Even more impressive was the reaction of foreigners when they found out the artist was a Filipina. This song truly made me proud to be a Cebuana! Proud BISAYA!!!!! AYKOG LABDA HA! Love this line!

During this ecq, I've been listening to diff asian songs like of Thailand and Cambodia, and I noticed na ibang iba ang genre and taste nila sa music unlike sa'tin. For us, we've been listening to lots of hugot or break up songs for a long time and kunting kunti talaga masasabi mo na break out artists sa pinas... but sa ibang bansa ang mga local artists nila sobrang dami, and on every artists iba't ibang genre and they have their own personality, ngayon kopya2 nalang. Hays. Bottomline: we should embrance diversity sana sa music natin. This is also Ppop. She's so underrated... sayang.

To the people who said that the mv should be about Cebuanas doesn't mean the people here aren't one. What if they relate to Cebuano culture? Or they have Cebuana vibes inside them? The problem about most filipinos is they want to be accepted and to be acknowledge by everyone in this world but cannot accept or appreciate a foreign's presence about just an MV? Instead of being thankful of the thought that even foreigners have acknowledge the music at some point to be apart of it. She is so underrated, I really hope she blows up. The way she sings is a breath of fresh air, compared to "mainstream" actresses turned singers on TV with no talent. Can everybody please stop arguing about the Luzon Vs. Visayas-Mindanao thing? This is one reason why our country isn't progressing. Pressing on stereotypes to other culture doesn't mean yours is better than theirs. The Philippines is a multi-cultural country and we must stand together as a country. And for the Philippines to have LOCAL ARTISTS that are being CHANNELED is a good sign of recognizing what's ours. Of progress.
