Dear Sara, I follow up on citizen complaints and that's how I ended up here. I live in this town and had wanted to visit them for quite some time. I had several people in the past couple months say the exact same thing as you. The employees in this building think that they rule the roost so to speak. Best way to correct this behavior is to hit the share button and expose them. It works!!! I've been doing this for 5 years and public opinion still matters in a democracy.

For all intents and purposes, the office policy IS a law. If you don't comply by stopping recording, then they can tell you to get the hell out of there. And if you don't get the hell out of there after being directed to get the hell out of there, then a law enforcement officer can arrest you for trespassing. Is that really worth the money from a KZfaq video and the begging donations? Stupid question, obviously these sociopaths from coast to coast believe it is.

I had been charged with that same felony before and I had just audited most of the Chicago suburbs a couple months before. That was the one town on the west side that I had skipped. Had to go show some support!

When public employees are disrespectful by saying you can't film, won't give their name, you make them take a FOIA for ALL their information. It teaches them a lesson on who works for whom.

@abuhannah07 Glad to see a local here! I've known about them for a long time and decided enough is enough, after receiving several emails from local residents about their behavior. Shortly after this video was published, apparently one of the employees had just performed a driver's test for a nervous 16 year old boy. She insinuated he was on drugs to another employee and they started making jokes about him. Well, the mother of the child was sitting nearby and heard it all. I believe she recorded the behavior because you know full well these public employees are incapable of telling the truth when it involves them. I've been trying to track her down so I can publish that video too. Thanks for watching and I have more Quincy content coming this week.

Monopoly on service is a big challenge. No competition for the best provider leads to slow, bad, over regulated, service. With doors full of instructions, lawful but most unlawful. Only honest and citizen control can improve it.

There is also attorney on here that his educating Others concerning this issue There are limitations to The First Admindment and some departments are using one of those limits to make arrest. These Auditors fail to understand that The United States Supreme Court has ruled that Courthouses,DMV',s, City Hall, and other GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, as well as Police Departments are considered LIMITED PUBLIC FORUMS and they can be arrested for refusing to leave. Such as they make the claim that you can't be trespassed from one of these buildings, yes you can. One auditor has been arrested for that violating that Federal Statute and convicted, and if I run across his name, I will forward it to you. Take care and be safe. (There)

ROFL... Still waiting for that court case buddy. You used another KZfaq channel as a legal basis. I actually have attorneys on speed dial that would say otherwise and show up to court. I've won MULTIPLE court cases related to what I'm doing and ZERO losses. In this video you just watched a SECRETARY OF STATE POLICE officer say outright multiple times that I'm legal. Seriously man, take off the blinders. If you're going to spout off about legal things then you should know it's not wise to ignore hard evidence especially when it runs contrary to your opinion. I've spent 25 years in close contact with many different attorneys that practice in different fields of law. You may be able to fool some random internet person, but I quite literally started out teaching federal and state tax law in 48 out of the 50 states. You have zero clue what you're talking about, but I enjoy a good laugh. If it's any consolation, the first few audit videos I watched a long time ago, I sincerely thought the auditor was breaking the law, but I took the time to educate myself on the matter, which I hope you do the same. The truth will set you free, lol.
