2:35 fun fact: pink was actually supposed to be a “boy” color, because it was bold and vibrant (I think) and blue was supposed a “girl” color because the color blue was something about being dainty

It's because of color theory. Blue is calm and gentle and red is bright, vibrant, bold and energetic. But pink is a tint of red to subtle it a bit to avoid being seen as too rebelious. Women had an uprising and claimed pink afterwards as a sort of protest that women don't have to just wear calm colors. Very interesting stuff.

That's true but either way, that wasn't the Karen's point (don't get me wrong, I don't agree with her) she meant that the girl should be wearing colors according to color theory to be empowered Like for example red is supposed to be "alert" "warning" "danger" I bet she would also be bothered if she was wearing blue cause it represents "calm" "peace" "resting" and she wants the girl to be "strong" and "brave" (once again I don't agree with her, just explaining her point)

I get the feeling that the boyfriend with the karen trying to either knock the pair off balance or off their bikes to make herself feel superior had either encountered her before (hence his "over"reaction), or had just had enough from other Karens doing the same thing. I'm pretty sure they've run into her before. Karma can be a....beach.

I agree with Lia. Why does it seem like it's so hard for certain people to just be nice? Like, why? Why can't you just show even a sliver of kindness? I am fortunate enough to not have encountered a Karen as of yet, but that will most likely change when I get a job. I feel for anybody (especially fast food and retail workers) who deals with people like this on a regular basis. My heart goes out to you 🙏 ❤

As a restaurant worker I’ve met my fair share of Karen’s and Kens and we always ask this same question? How difficult is it to be polite? Kindness takes you a lot further than being rude and doesn’t cost a thing. So thank you for this comment. Some of the stories I could tell would astound most people. Glad to see there are those out there that understand and care.

I actually agree with the lady in the bike video. I'm pretty sure she only held her arms up not to push them away rudely or cause them to fall, but to prevent them from getting too close to her and hitting her. That guy overreacted sooooo much. I felt so bad for her.

I feel bad and pity kids who has moms like these. I remember a schoolmate of mine who has a Karen mom, used to say her life was a mess until she moved out and her life was okay and refuses to acknowledge her mom because of the insane Karen acts she did.
