Kari Ikan Tenggiri/ Fish Curry with special ingredient - Malaysian Style | CHELU’S RECIPE

This vlog based on fish curry recipes and we try our best to used main 3 language such as English, Malay and Tamil.
Ingredients:
1. Oil / Minyak - 2 tablespoon
2. Fenugreek seeds / Halba - 1 tablespoon
3. Red onion / Bawang Merah - 3 to 4 chopped piece
4. Garlic / Bawang Putin - 10 to 20 clove
5. Curry Leaf / Daun Kari - 10 to 20 leaf
5. Tomato / Tomato - 2 to 3 pieces
6. Mango / Mangga - 1 full unripe fruit
7. Fish Curry Powder / Serbuk Kari Ikan - 5 to 6 tablespoon
8. Chili Powder / Serbuk Chili - 1 to 2 tablespoon
9. Water / Air - 3 glass
10. Salt / Garam - 1 tablespoon
11. Green Chili / Cili Hijau - 2 slice
12. Tamarind juice / Air Asam Jawa - 1 small glass
13. Toasted coconut flakes / Kelapa Parut (goreng dan blend)- 2 to 3 tablespoon
14. Coconut Milk / Santan - 1 glass
15. Lady’s Finger / Bendi - 5 to 10 pieces
16. Mackerel Fish / Ikan Tenggiri - 1 Medium size
