Diagnosed with Major Depression almost 15 years ago. Two weeks ago doctor released me from treatment. Jesus, my healer. Once I chose to trust and open old wounds, He healed me completely. My cup overflows because of Him. He is my everything, all Glory to God.

I bet if people who are "depressed" took time to understand the lyrics of this wonderful song, most of them will realize that they should stop asking "why is this happening to me,God?" and start trusting and looking forward to their wonderful future because they understand now that God has a plan filled with happiness for those who do good (don't worry, God also has a plan to save the people who DON'T do good. His plan is to save them. for now, It's a mystery how He plans to save them, but with faith and patience, we'll find out soon) Amen? :)

Run to God in your weaknesses. Don't ever run from Him, no matter how hard it may seem. :) What's better than latching to Christ when you sin? I've ran so many times, but God has restored me and showed how much He cares for me. He see's His bride with no blemish.

Even though I'm a Christian, I still need Jesus to clean up my heart and make me a better person! I asked Jesus to help me get rid of self-pity which is a sign of pride and getting defensive when people make me mad and I don't want to be like that anymore. I know if Jesus was able to work on Peter his disciple since he had a bad temper he could work on me and make me a new person. All I have to do is spend time with him more everyday at least for 30 minutes or an hour to be a person in him!

I remembered 4 years ago when me and my ex boyfriend broke up. This was the song I kept listening to at those times that I am hurting. It gave me hope to get back on my relationship with the Lord because I got my life lost and broke. Indeed, God made my heart steady on Him. 4 years passed and I am happily and satisfactorily single because I am living my best life by His best love. Entrusting Him our heart is always worth to do. Quickly, the words "even when it hurts, even when it's hard, even when it just falls apart" started playing in my mind but I couldn't remember the entire song or the artiste. So I typed the words out just as was playing in my mind and boom... Kari Jobe's Steady Heart. I quickly downloaded it and oh the nostalgia ☺️. God has been faithful 🙌. This song blessed me in so many ways in 2014 and it still does today, 24/06/24. Therefore, the conclusion of the matter is God is ever Faithful 🙌

When I had social generalized anxiety disorder, i had a psychiatrist and a therapist counseling with me. My therapist was Catholic and good Catholic; she was very nice and told me she prayed for me. I feel we got along because I am Catholic as well. She told me the benefits of Religion. Of believing in God. My psychiatrist was very good too and he was sort of shy as well, but gentle young guy. I was supposed to take medication for anxiety but suddenly it was no good. I did not like it. So eventually I am not sure how, but I started getting better. Keep God with you. God is good. When you have God with you, He will lead you to great things. Read the Bible. I will suggest you to download the app relevant radio. The station is 930 AM.
