The best remedy for melasma or pigmentation is good diet consisting of dry fruits, pea nut, salads, flaxseed, fish oil capsules, seeds like pumpkin, sesame + at least 1hour walking/yoga/gym etc. Outer application will not yield any results. Even the Dermatologists, beauty parlours are unable to cure melasma.
