Ingredients
Colocassia leaves (karkalo )
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds (rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (til)
A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
For the besan mixture
3 tbsp besan (gram flour)
1 tbsp ginger garlic-green chilli paste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin ,coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) water
Salt to taste
