🌟 ~ I have been doing yoga to open up my hips and it's been working. I went to mow my neighbor's yard and my own yard the other day. I didn't realize that with opening up my hips, that my muscles would be working at a deeper level. Mowing never use to make me sore, but now I need to focus on continuing to heal my previous blocked muscles and let the healing integrate together. It's amazing to feel the difference and now that I am healing.
