Purpose of bill like Karnataka govt. agrees and accept that karnatak people is unskilled and not professional and local can not fit for job so they are facing difficulties in finding jobs, karnataka locals can not stand in competition and therefore they need reservation.. It indicates that Karnataka govt. has no confidence on karnataka people's skill and govt. compromise with local's pride and respect.

Simple solution 1.Karnataka giving 30 percent to other 30 plus states and UTs 2.All other 30 plus states and UTs should make a law to only allow less than 1 percent jobs to kannadigas 1x30 =30

Central govt should find suitable locations for IT sectors of all metros and foreign based companies employing all Indians and foreigners. Lakshadeep, Andaman nicobar islands are neutral sites for IT sectors as all states govts pass local reservation quota bills similar to Karnataka.
