That's is why Amir Khan is considered as one of the best actor as well as one of the best human being in Bollywood. He charges only certain percentage of the profit. So, if a film doesn't perform well he doesn't charge a penny. Unfortunately when thugs of Hindustan which had so many expectations went down he even returned money to producers from his side. That's called morality. However some Canada Kumar doing period movie which has such extravagant budget and charging such huge fees and still not putting any effort for the character and finish shooting in 40 days. The result is in front of everyone. Prithviraj movie is now considered to be one of the biggest disasters in Bollywood. Recently Aditya Chopra directly blamed Akshay Kumar for the failure of the movie. He said Akshay Kumar wasn't serious about this movie at all. He didn't even bothered to grow a moustache for the movie as his other films will get affected.

When people are doing interview there is extra light that is turned on, so that video would not look dark, kinda the same way flashes are used to making photos, but because its not one shot as it is video its continous. So take your phone, turn on the flashlight and point at yourself, sunglasses would not seem that crazy. In normal setting, for everyday life when no photos or videos have to be taken it is indeed strange/stupid to see people wearing sunglasses

this interview is 2weeks, even they were happy with performance, back now film grossed worldwide 250cr + !!!!!! 3.5times of his budget (considering 70cr budget) so this is huge profit venture for khetani & t-series !!!!!!! even shehzada flops its not going to effect them seeing the profile of BB2 !! anyways shehzada will rock too !! 100-130cr for sure

Akshay kumar has been reportedly charging hefty fees like 120 cr for some of his latest works and that basically depends the stars work on various models, either they charge a fixed pre decided amount like i said in case of akshay kumar charging 120 cr or they take a minimum remuneration for say 20-25 cr prior to the film and then go for a % of films profit. For example joly llb 2, where akshay kumar charged a minimal amount and reduced tge budjet of film to 40-45 cr only and after its huge success he must have got a fat cheque. Amir khan on the other hand only work on profit sharing model , he himself have claimed that he charges 70% of films profit, and reportedly recieved 175 cr after the success of dangal. If we talk about new commers it is less than 10 cr . Recently aditya roy kapoor was paid 4 cr for his latest movie “OM” . This came after his dry run of constant flop . Its interesting to note that he was paid 6 cr for fitoor. Also if we talk about character actors like pankaj tripathi , manoj bajpyee these actors charge less than lead actors. For example pankaj tripathi charged 2.5 cr for second season of sacred games while nawazuddin sidiquee was paid around 3.5 cr for the same webserie. So concluding all these we can get a rough estimate that actors fees goes as high as their reputation in market goes up. Hope my answer was able to satisfy you.
