This song has a very deep meaning to me. It teaches me the meaning of respect to my wife.
@Dreman7772 жыл бұрын
I totally agree with you bro because that's the same lesson that I learned myself in this video also is a lesson itself to not only wives but to husbands as well we as husbands have to learn to love and appreciate our wives and not take them for granted because what we won't do for them somebody else will. But what I love about this video right here was that no matter how hard her ex-boyfriend try to get with her she stayed loyal to her husband and in the end her ex took the hint and left her alone for good now that right there is what you called a loyal and discipline wife.

I remember this song came out when I was in the 11th grade.. this song so deep dudes were bumpin this song back then..I'm 51 now and the end of this song still gives me chills and brings tears to my eyes..cause as men we sometimes forget the things our women do for us..not really forget but get comfortable..men I know we were taught "real men don't cry/show weakness or vulnerability " but that's so untrue a real man can show when he's hurting.. it's ok to shed tears because it really does cleanse the soul..share with your woman and ladies support that revelation when your man shows you that side..love one another..truly be each others best friend.. let no one break that bond..salute

I was singing this at a Karaoke!..most of the girls that were present had never heard of this song and were very taken aback, with the song, ( instead of twirking, they were holding on to that self love and respect in themselves, and being empathic in all aspects of life, and be hopeful, in finding true love)..a beautiful song with a powerful message, meanwhile, I was in that nostalgic moment reminiscing of the 13year old girl I was when I first heard this..lol.....

The lyrics were poetry. You had to listen to the words. So much better than the coarse and rough we hear today. They were smooth

Yeah, I was just listening to "Walk the Dinosaur" by Was (Not Was). A very deep and meaningful song from early 1989.
