Are they able to use the Automation feature? I have tried to use the Arrival automation and it fails, what am I doing wrong?

Thank You. Just finished setting up kasa smart plug bc of your video. Kasa's not clear instruction of wi-fi : " I'm Already Connected" . Yes your phone BUT NOT YOUR DEVICE, so on phone settings, select your wifi , locate your device and return to kasa app where you left off and follow remaining instructions.

NOTICE: You must have the same email address for the Alexa app and the Kasa app. If you do not, no amount of trouble shooting will fix the issue. The two apps WILL NOT link.

I have kasa outlets and Geeni light bulbs. The Kasa rocks. The geeni has to be reset every time the power goes out for 30 seconds. The only thing I hate is Alexa saves names and kicks them out and won't take the old one

I have done everything as described here half a dozen times. It gets to the place where it's connecting smart plug to home network and can't connect. I have three of these things that I guess I will throw away.

It’s probably you gzh. Meaning your WiFi might be on dual and these plugs are only 2.5. Just get a tp link and hook them up to them

Hi, i got 12 of them, 8 months later, 3 of them are death!!!!!!!! No power output and an horrible fast clicking wont stop.

I was able to set up two mini plugs but they work together. When I turn one on they both turn on. How can I separate them?

no, they're only 2.4gh. You can buy newer style plugs that are 5gh capable.

Another app giving a corporation access to your devices. If I would have been smart about it, I would have only gotten one brand of smart devices so I didn't need four different accounts with four different companies giving four different companies access to everything in my network.
