Very good knowledge. If the big brother sells (death of father and mother) the land without consent of other small brothers, though they are 20 above. It was in 2044. Can Now this case be filed against the big brother?

Hi Sir, my father is fighting a parental lawsuit with his elder brother. During Corona Period he missed the " Tarik". Using this opportunity his opponent got a decision made by District court as he desired and did not agree to include several plots to share. Now what is way ahead for us? Is there a definite chance to get share from remaining plots if we go to supreme court.

हेलो सर नमस्कार,, मेरो एउटा समस्या छ सुल्झाई दिनु हुन्छ भने आसँ राखेको छु। समस्या के हो भन्ने सगोल को सम्पति बाट बुवा ले छोराहरू को नाम मा छोरा हरू सानै हुँदा गर्देपछि, पछि छोरा हरू ठूलो भएर त्यो सम्पति दाजुभाइ बीच मात्र अंशवण्डा हुनसक्छ की सकिँदैन?
