The nation as such is never simply given at the outset or born, but takes time.

Karamihan kasi ng languages or ethnic groups natin ay hango sa katubigan. halimbawa, Iloko = look Maranao = Ranao, Danao, Subanon = Suba and etc. Ginamit ang salitang "Katagalugan" bilang Water Nation, Austronesian, Maritime culture.
