I grew up in Winthrop, the police chief (J. Young) used to get so drunk he'd beat his wife and the pd would cover it up and repeatedly send him to rehab, (on the towns dime) telling the town he was getting some kinda special police training or going to a chiefs convention or some other lie. He also tried to perform an unauthorized undercover sting operation in Gardner because a friend of his thought he recognized stolen golf clubs online. No badge, plain clothes, just pulls his gun on an completely innocent person legally selling THEIR CLUBS!! Almost causes a chase and shootout because the seller thinks he's getting robbed I mean, who wouldn't when the guy coming to buy your clubs just rolls up and draws on you?!? Oh yeah, I almost forgot the town clerk was embezzling money, so if you registered your car with cash that year, your car wasn't actually registered. I know because I got nailed, and the cop couldn't figure out how I got my stickers and registration papers without it being in the system. He kept asking me, "Where did you get these?" and I kept saying "the friggen town office" lol. Well, it took a few years, but I figured out how. 😅 it's too bad cause it's really a beautiful place with tons of lakes and woods everywhere I kinda miss it

Good question... If they don't take "plea deals", then it'll come out in Court what happened since they're required to have RAS (Reasonable Articulable Suspicion) for the investigation as well as PC (Probable Cause) for their Arrests. It would also be a good line of questioning for a Defense Attorney: To question the motivation(s) of the investigators... As anything "shady" might be enough to establish "Reasonable Doubt": For example, if the investigators had devious motives to _TARGET_ them, then it is possible that they were "set-up" or "framed". Like, for example, the *_Tax Evasion_* charges are SUS as H3LL... That right there, just screams " _Let's rack up a bunch of charges on the credit card & claim that SHE did it_ ", which means that it would be impossible for her to report something that she didn't even do. Of course, the more likely scenario is that they just crossed the wrong person, they were in fact "targeted", but they were easy to take down because they were, in fact, "shady" & corrupt, lol !!! Hence, begging your question: " _WHO did they piss off_ ???"

I saw the same thing with my best friend's large family. For over 30 years they got alone amazingly well with never a fight until the parents passed and the estate was willed out then things changed. This is why having a living trust set up is so important, along side a will. Set your life insurance beneficiaries to it or any other money and assets to the trust. Upon your death, the trust will control your items and a attorney can mitigate any distributions you wish to pass out. You will also avoid any inheritance tax and sales tax on property too.

Heres the thing main guy gets caught he gives up smaller for less time if smaller gets caught first they give up big guy for less so someone always giving up someone for less time. I was with a guy who was pulled over had a meth lab in his truck. I didnt know for real and they got mad that I couldn't give them info so i went to jail over 1.6 grams of weed. No shit.. dude didnt smoke he only sold and i truly didnt know. I would have not been with him if i did that crap is stupid
