In the First Episode of Kashmir Great Lakes we crossed Nichnai Pass to reach to the base of Krishansar and Vishnusar lakes in Sonmarg District.
Following that in this Episode we will see the most beautiful trek in India with rains all the way through we started from Krishansar lake towards Gadsar pass crossing Vishnusar on the way, the ascend got pretty challenging with all the rains and in turn making the pass all muddy and time consuming. But as the grass was anyway greener on other side we crossed Gadsar Pass at an allevation of 13800 ft happily.
And soon after Gadsar Pass the breathtaking views of Gadsar Lake made us forget all the efforts from past few days and we just sat and gazed endlessly witnessing the dancing clouds just over the mountains over the half frozen Gadsar Lake.
This vlog is my attempt to show you guys how beautiful this trek is and how each passing day looks like in Kashmir Valley. I have done this trek in second week of July 10-17th 2021, so the scenes of monsoon was there and it adds to the challenges, so plan accordingly.
P.S Will not recommend this trek if your fitness levels is not upto the mark as it involves long walks almost all of the days.
