As of my last update in OCT 2022, there was a route connecting Kashmir to Naran Kaghan via a mountain pass called "Noori Top." However, please note that road conditions and accessibility in mountainous regions can change over time due to various factors like weather, construction, or political situations. Therefore, it is essential to check for the latest information before planning any travel. when i travelled i saw a 12 km paved road from Sharda Kashmir side after that all road is off-road and one of the difficult pass for bikers and 4x4 jeep.
Here's a general route description for traveling from Kashmir to Naran Kaghan via Noori Top:
Start your journey from Sharda In Morning, from Jul to mid Oct.
The road from sharda to Noori Top is scenic, passing through picturesque landscapes, lush valleys, and rugged terrain.
Reach the Noori Top, a high-altitude 12,500 ft mountain pass that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. It serves as a border crossing between Azad Jammu & Kashmir and KPK.
After crossing Noori Top, you will enter the Kaghan Valley on Jalkhand a touristic spot.
Descend further and pass through towns like Muzaffarabad and Balakot before reaching Naran.
Finally, arrive at Naran Kaghan, a popular tourist destination known for its stunning landscapes, lakes, and the gateway to several picturesque areas like Lake Saif-ul-Malook and Babusar Pass.
