Yummy ...Perfect...I saw the first vedio where in Dam Aalu is prepared in Authentic Kashmiri way? The only difference is we do deep frying one time only and secondly we prepare in pressure cooker so that masala so go deep inside else we need to cook the receipe for more than hour. Thanku Kunal...

Finally a professional showing the closest to authentic Kashmiri dam aloo recipe !! that’s why I love his channel. One thing though, if anyone wishes to taste the real Kashmiri flavour, skip the yogurt and pressure cook every thing in the end, it brings out an intense and deep flavour in each potato.

Hi Chef, I always follow your recepies and finally you tech me how to cook bcoz before last 2 months I never went in the kitchen to cook but after marriage I have to cook and in this you helped me and I m finally learning how to cook. Chef it's a request as you say after cooking every dish the word "Done" please keep it as don't change it ever.
