tbf Kashtira is way less broken if u are prepared for it. The fact that Kashtrira boards have zero negates is a huge weakness.If u have nibiru you can just wait for the end of their combo and you almost instant win..

@@joanaguayoplanell4912 idk. I think all of the cards Kastira has within its archetype and generic ranks 7s aren't bad on there own. BUT together become the worse thing to happen to Yugioh. A walking dshifter that helps an ojama king lock your zones more than once per turn combined with a miller that banishes face down also. It's way too much. They all need to be errata'd to once per turn

@@ghosbaby shangri-la is the only card that isn’t once per turn when it comes to the lock. Diablosis has a hard opt on its milling effect. Ariseheart’s quick effect banish is OPT. Making shangri hard once per turn means that it would just be bad for locking zones, making it a soft OPT would be more balanced since you can only lock 2 zones per turn consistently, and making it a hard OPC would be better too since stuff like diablosis wouldn’t lock two zones on its own. Either of those changes being made would be great (the soft opt especially) since they weaken the card without making the mechanic ass

@@alexb.1372 this is finals of a YCS, I'd say it is indeed the correct play, there's no point in kashtira to play around nib, you just hope they don't draw it and that's it, ariseheart alone will rarely win games. That's not how luck works, he would have been indeed unlucky to get nib'd, but him not getting it wasn't luck, it was the most likely outcome

It can. To fix omni-negates boards, put spell speed 4 on the bulk of new cards (excluding omni-negates effects, naturally). To fix turns taking too long and having too many special summons, add a format with a 5 special summon limit. But this blocking the spell and monster zone is absurd. That card should just be banned.

you won't see people playing this at your locals because the deck is incredibly expensive and even then there are options for dealing with this, it's strong but not format warping

@@kingvelard I'm looking at trying cyber dragons, clocknight made them much more competitive I think. I usually play dinos and ABC tho, those are my favs. Picked up zombies and elditch as well, but their is a learning curve there

In fairness the field spell could have already been banished when he got the top like 14 or 15 cards of his deck banished. And its unlikely you play more then one of the field spell anyways.

Any card effect in all card games will generally tell you to shuffle your deck afterwards when adding or removing a card from your deck unless stated otherwise.

It's called closed information to you as a player but I can be sure there's literally no card game or card effect that says you don't need to shuffle. Otherwise you're playing a card game with terrible design.
