Derrick studied Business Management and worked for various companies and the last one was Discovery Health where he was inspired by the business savvy of Adrian Gore and resigned from the company to start his consulting firm with aim of helping Small Businesses.
Ndzavi is currently an MD at Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa
(IBASA), chairman at Mentors Without Borders, Blue-Chip Business Advisor, ADR
Practioner-Mediator and a Board Member.
Invited from time to time to board meetings as advisor/ observer and he has served as Director for various companies.
