Isn't your 80:20 rule over or I should say 20:80 rule 😂 every time you make the same mistakes and then make a video about it but you don't change every time you quit the truth about not giving up that you say that you don't quit and always try to come back what is the fun of it when you don't improve 2 years back also you had the same mistake that you don't workout it the same everytime , you stop your challenge in between , having chashni samosa , wheat momos , aloo tikki , bharwa golappe ( that to after a week trip where you already had food outside) aise diet nhi hoti hai no heroism in making video about mistakes and then no improvement . I also had vitamin d deficiency , b12 deficiency and iron deficiency it takes a maximum of 6 months to improve in case of severe deficiency . The thing is that Jo log apki galtiya ginwate hai unko ap haters khete ho ki instead of taking it positively vo aaj khush hone vale hai shows how much you are open to feedback koi galti ginwa de toh you say ki vo apni life Mai dukhi hai . Koi agar galti bta raha hai vo bura nhi bol raha hote hai you also know the reality it is a nice way to label them as haters and the comment section will be flooded with the message of ignoring negative people . New year new challenge I am waiting for the same video in 2025
