Hello:) This piece (Sarabande, Keyboard suite No. 4 in D minor, HWV 437) was composed for a solo keyboard (harpsichord). I think that lots of people know this piece as an orchestral piece because the orchestral arrangement was used in various movies and TV series. I hope that lots of people like this piano arrangement, too. I used the piano arrangement which has been uploaded in Public Domain. For playing, I changed the arrangement a little bit. Ten przepiękny utwór nigdy się nie zestarzeje. Uwielbiam go, zwłaszcza że przypomina mi pewnego starszego pana który grywał mi tą melodie zawsze na dobranoc. Wilhelma już nie ma, ale pamięć pozostała, a On pewnie gra aniołom koncerty przed zaśnięciem.

Learning pieces frequently is difficult, but playing them with emotion is even harder. Generally, I think you're the best pianist out there because you can play amazing pieces while also letting the audience hear how wonderful the piece is. Great job as always Kassia! :)

I remember when i was young we played this a lot on our piano concerts. So many years have passed and i no longer attend piano lessons because of collage. yo creo que el ser pianista no debería depender de la calidad del video o claridad, pienso que la interpretación del pianista, tomando en cuenta la interpretación del autor debería de ser importante, en si no hace que un pianista sea mejor, pero si hace que sea único dándole un nuevo sentido y visión, creo que los pianistas deberían darle su propio piano al mundo, sin importar quien más lo haga ni el tiempo que le tome. I believe that being a pianist should not depend on the quality of the video or clarity, I think that the interpretation of the pianist, taking into account the interpretation of the author should be important, in itself it does not make a pianist better, but it does make be unique by giving it a new meaning and vision, I believe that pianists should give their own piano to the world, no matter who else does it or how long it takes.

@@uwufffsunchez2626 I question that the inspiration came from Dvoraks 9th. Yeah, theyre both in E minor but the way the orchestration and melodies play off eachother is nothing like Duel of the Fates. Honestly, if were looking from a strictly melodic relationship angle, I'd say the brass section at the beggining on Night on Bald Mountain (also E minor) is signifigantly more similar, with the ostinato strings backing up a harmonic minor top melody.

I have always listened to this piece when I needed to contemplate something I needed to do because of the clarity it was providing me. When I started hearing it from you I was overwhelmed at the feelings you were able to convey through your arrangement. I’m on time for once Kassia! I love this piece, this theme is so common in classical music. I can’t remember the name of the theme, but it was also used in Liszt’s Spanish Rhapsody XD This is another amazing piece making good use of that melody. From what I’ve heard so far your performance is stunning, and the effects too; but you never fail to meet any such standards! I hope you’re well Kassia, the music certainly seems to be so!

They are quite similar but not the same, the melody. This is Sarabande by Handel, but the one in Spanish Rhapsody is La Folia by Corelli 😁

It's called "folia." Vivaldi also made his own rendition of it. It's similar to caprice 24 of Paganini.
