For my ear it sounds better to say "Onks tääl vessaa" rather than "Onks tääl vessa", but I guess both are fine.

That was great! Could you do a video on forming adjective endings for different cases. Do they often/always mirror the endings for nouns?

Yes, they could be very valuable phrases. Thank you. Are the shortened forms used in informal writing or are they primarily spoken?

I would say it's mainly used in spoken Finnish, but it can also be used in informal writing like when people text with their friends etc (especially younger people)

If you speak 100% kirjakieli it does sound quite stiff in most cases, but everyone will 100% understand you and probably know you are still learning :)

Here's me that spent most of my life thinking that the "ä" is pronounced like the normal "a" in Finnish, and that the "a" is pronounced as "ä". Kind of a weird twist because that is the case with the "ä" with most languages

I think it comes from WC (in Finnish it’s pronounced “veesee”). But don’t quote me that’s just a guess on my part 🤔

Kävin pa*kalla (it's technically a swear word so I didn't want to get flagged xD ) hope you know the word I'm talking about lol!! It translates to the English "I took a sh*t"

Vessa isnt kirjakieli. And your slang do not apply to whole Finland. Nobody in eastern Finland would ask "miss on vessa"!

That's true, you would probably use "miesten/naistenhuone" for very formal situations. & yes I am using the very generic puhekieli here and in the rest of my videos.
