@mharris1270 Oh sweetie you are so painfully naive. Kate's face is much much fuller than 10 years ago... it's due to fillers. Almost every actress and she's gotten a lot. Her nose is also tinier than when she started, her hair is mostly extensions and she gets a spray tan, which is obvious. Also she isn't a "single mother," Michael Sheen pays for Lily's college as well.
