@@pur1670 For average people, doing 5:30 mile repeats are very difficult and don't look like you are just jogging. I'm a guy who's 8 inches taller than her, and definitely in good shape weighing no more than 180 at 12% body fat and I'm finding that I have to give it everything I have just to do 4 mile repeats staying below a 5:45, and being completely winded afterwards. I do lift weights many times a week until this lockdown and run at least 5-10 miles a week too, but she's simply on a different level than the rest of us. I feel like in order to get to her lvl, you have to spend many hours each day on running and make it an obsession instead of just another form of cardio.

it's the purest form of exercise. Just need a decent pair of shoes and the world becomes your playground. It’s definitely hard at first but you will work your way up with time and effort I started when I began kindergarten and I have always have had a passion for running. Now I’m in 6th grade and omg it’s been tough but, I’m getting better

Nice, my average 2 mile in the army over the years was 12-13 min. If you train to maintain a 10mph pace, you will get a 6 min mile

Anyone in their 40s and 50s have anxiety attacks watching HS mile repeats....lol....we didn't get this "stay relaxed" prep talk so we went all out running 4:50-5:20 and I was so burned out all season....I never broke 17 minutes in the 5K cause I could never recover and had hormone issues due to low fat high carb diets.
