The way the beginning is so calming gives a eerie scary vibe because in the show it is playing during such a heart breaking and disturbing moment. Seeing bobby getting tortured is so painful i almost had to look away.

Hated her in the show but fell completely in love with her singing voice when I realized it was her💛🤘🏼

This show got me thru some tough times...Katey played her character so flawlessly, it was a joy to watch her. What a gifted actor, I had no idea she could sing until yesterday when I ran across this track...I was always a fan but that feeling and respect is doubly reinforced now. Wow, just terrific.

This song is a prelude to the worst events that happen towards the end of the series. Glory to the sons. It's very sad, always

So, never mind the fact it was an absolutely perfect show on every level. Let’s just talk about the music. The music was so good, I could argue that almost all of these so-called “remakes“ that were featured on the show are actually better than the originals.

Katey is definitely my favorite female TV actress of all time after married with children I thought she might be done. Then she did eight simple rules which until John Ritter died it was a VERY good and FUNNY show too. THEN she hit me with sons of anarchy WOW JUST WOW HATS OFF TO YOU KATEY the performances you pulled of in SONS were just amazing! You are amazing and that voice is so hypnotic I love you Katey for ever.

You know I never watched Sons of Anarchy I found this song by accident. But after watching some music videos and trailers from the show.. I really feel like watching it.

I'm amazed at how beautiful Katy voice is. SOA was one of the best shows ever made greatly missed, I don't know what I'm going to do now on Tuesday nights, I'm hoping that the next show that Kurt Sutter and katey sagal are in is just as awesome as SOA. Katy is truly a very talented woman I have great admiration for her. Kurt Sutter excellent writer director producer I am a huge huge fan of his now. I cannot wait to see what they do in the future. It's funny to think that Abel's birth started the shit storm of a chain reaction that is Sons of Anarchy. If he had not been born, SAMCRO never would have gone to Northern Ireland, and Jax would never have known about Maureen Ashby's letters. Piney would be alive, as would Clay. Almost everybody would still be alive. Now, because of Abel, the Sons of Anarchy are about to disintegrate.

My first exposure to Katey was in the 70s, when she was backing up Bette Midler as one of The Harlettes. Since then she has given us some memorable performances, Gemma being the pinnacle. Here's to seeing what she does for an encore-- go, Katey, go!

OK so I've seen every show and movie this amazing women has been in and/produced. First she does not get the credit she should. I didn't realize she could sing until recently and I'm from Canada. That blew my mind as well as my dad who was huge married with children fan. I'm 36 AND THIS LADY DESERVES YOUNG MEN to bow down and treat her like a goddess. She has gone through one hell of a life/career. From an 80"s wife to an empowered women. When I heard this song I couldn't believe she did a cover of it! I grew up listening to the versions of The Brothers Four (Lady Greensleeves), Johnny Mathis - What Child is This (Christmas Version), and Frank Sinatra - Bells of Christmas. When I heard the melody, I loved it. Filled the sadness of the scene on the show pretty well.
