Eles colocam o melhor e mais vendável em segundo lugar porque ficaria livre das atribuições que faz o 1° lugar ter de assumir. The second place is more rentable for "them" (show's owners). The same reason of the Queen's actual singer.

Katharine has done many renditions of this song , but this version " blows them all out of the water ". It gave me goose bumps and really is just magical. She has the voice of an angel.It certainly does deserve millions and millions of hits. Hopefully one day Katharine will produce an album with this type of music and then she may get the recognition her incredible talent deserves. There really is no one else like her today on the music scene.

The original American Idol performance still takes it. It was more emotive. There was so much beauty in it's simplicity. Her tone sounds great here as well but a lot of the riffs and runs she added came off as showy rather than really adding to the concept of the song.

Yes, I was impressed with Katherine's talent right from the beginning. She is was a star then and she should have easily won American idol. However she is doing just fine today and it really doesn't matter that she didn't win. ❤❤

I really liked her singing the almost never ever heard verse at the beginning. 😳🤔 What is also very spectacular is after she sings "'where you'll find me" at 2:27 she not only begins singing the low note an octave higher , but at the very same time she also changes the key and sings even higher ,,,"somewhere" !! This is the magic that is electrifying, making her version of this song her very own !! 😳🧐🤔🤗 Of course, nobody sings this song like Judy Garland. However, you are up there on top with the very best!!🤗😍💌

+Jenny Mae Katherine McPhee finished second in her season on American Idol-it was her rendition of Over the Rainbow in the semi finals that people thought put her over the top to win but she came in second. I still remember her performance in 2015.

Jenny Mae katherine mcphee is my favorite singer from the idol series. they look for a certain type of singer. i always say bob dylan never would have made it past the first round. art is more than just a voice or winning a grammy.
