No. BPT comes under school of medical science. So, you cannot apply in this hostel.

Rs 1250 per month. But you have to pay per semester.

Unfortunately no. You can't just apply for hostel if you are not a KU student.

1250 monthly tirne haina. 7500 jati ekaichoti tirnu parxa each semester. Semester ko ekmusta tireko monthly hisab garda hai 1250 jati parna aayeko ho

Yes you have. Simple Questions like why do you need to stay in hostel. It also depends on availability of hostel room. Few new admissions = more vacant spaces in hostel = more chances
