Ingredients for cake :
4 egg yolks （蛋黄）
1 egg （全蛋）
20g caster sugar （细砂糖）
1/8 tsp salt（盐）
60g corn oil （玉米油）
60ml milk （鲜奶）
100g plain flour（普通面粉）
10g corn flour （玉米粉）
1 tbsp cocoa powder （可可粉）
2 tbsp hot water （热水）
4 egg whites （蛋白）
80g caster sugar （细砂糖）
Filling :
150g butter（牛油）
70g caster sugar （细砂糖）
50ml water（水）
1 slice of lemon （一片柠檬）
( 27cm x 35cm baking tray )

OMG this looks sooooo good! Going to try this recipe soon, ty for sharing. I just HAVE to say this though, a video without all that annoying music, which seems to be the norm on youtube videos now, was very very very refreshing. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

تحية لكم...Hi , thanks الوصفة هي: كعكة الإعصار 4 صفار بيض وبيضة 20غ سكر ناعم 100غ طحين 10غ طحين الذرة أو نشاء 60 مل زيت الذرة 60غ حليب ثمن ملعقة صغيرة ملح 2،ملعقة ماء ساخن ملعقة كاكاو بودر 80،غ بياض بيض 150غ زبدة 50مل ماء ليمون الدرجة 180° والمدة حوالي 10دق شكرا.

y I did all the steps according to the recipe and just turned out great My mom said the cake's toast was the best she ever ate I made the cake several times, it is just wonderful the family has enjoyed it every time Bless your talent and thank you for the recipe🌺

I must say, this came out very very delicious, i reduced a bit the amount of sugar added to the egg whites, the buttercream is already sweet. It's a win!
